Returns
The customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to return it if he/she so wishes. To make the return, simply fill out the return form and we will take care of the rest.
2NDLife Mobile only accepts the return of products purchased through its online store as long as they are in the same condition as when they were delivered.
Guarantees
In the case of phones under warranty, the customer must complete the Warranty form.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel their order, without any associated cost, until 12 noon on the business day following the order placement.
Refunds
All monetary refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the equipment.

Warranty Form
The warranty covers everything except misuse (electrical discharges, liquid spills, humidity or falls). Wearing parts such as the battery are covered by our warranty policy. Any repairs carried out outside of 2NDLife Mobile immediately void the equipment warranty.
