These Terms and Conditions are intended to govern the content of the website 2ndifemobile.com (the “website”), owned by 2NDLIFEMOBILE, Lda., corporate entity no. 514526734, with registered office at Rua do Pinhal nº27 4705-002 Braga, (hereinafter, for short, “2nd Life Mobile”), and its use by Users, as well as the conditions applicable to purchase and sale contracts entered into with the Customer through the website.

Conditions of access to the website

By accessing the website, the User acknowledges that he/she has read and unreservedly accepted these Terms and Conditions, and undertakes to comply with everything set out therein. If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions or does not accept any of the provisions contained therein, he/she should not use the website.

The User undertakes to use the website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities that are contrary to the law, morality and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties. 2nd Life mobie reserves the right to adopt the security measures it deems appropriate and to resort to the appropriate legal means to prevent, cease or sanction any abuse or illegal practices.

Therefore, if the User visits another website, redirected from our website, he/she should read its privacy policy. 2nd Life Mobile reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice, with the exception of products already purchased.

Responsibility

2nd Life Mobile is not responsible for any damage resulting from computer viruses, network or internet access problems that prevent access and correct functioning of the website.

By making a purchase in our online store, the customer agrees and accepts these terms. All data provided by the customer is protected under the Data Protection Law. More information about the management of personal data can be obtained by consulting our privacy policy. By making a purchase in our store, the customer confirms that he/she is of legal age required to be bound by these terms.

Products

2nd Life Mobile sells new and pre-owned products, the latter tested by certified professionals before being put on sale. Used phones are segmented by grades (A, B and C) taking into account their aesthetic condition.

Prices

The prices shown to the public are in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned. Used products may be taxed under the VAT Margin Regime – Second-Hand Goods in accordance with article no. 8 of Decree Law no. 199/96 of 18 October.

Payment

2NDLife Mobile accepts the following payment methods: Debit card, credit card, MB Way, Multibanco Reference, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum, among others.

Items in stock

All items on the website are available to order. In physical stores, there may be items that are only on display and are not available for sale. Items available both online and in physical stores have limited stock and may therefore become unavailable without notice. If, after placing an online order, the item ordered is unavailable or out of stock and this interferes with the normal processing of the order, the Customer will be duly informed and may choose to wait for the item to be replaced or cancel the purchase order, without any additional penalty.

Campaigns

All promotional campaigns have limited stock and the items in question may become unavailable without prior notice, without prejudice to information regarding the unavailability of the item when this occurs.
